About US A high-end spa along Orchard Road looking for people to work with us to create a new, first-of-its-kind experience in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Offer warm and friendly welcome greeting
- Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and facilities
- Escort guests to treatment areas
- Provide spa tours
- Handle correspondences and phone calls
- Answer to enquiries and requests
- To follow the instructions of the spa manager
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Manage guest register
- Process payments accurately
- Assist with booking, changing and cancelling of spa appointments
- Work hours to be discussed
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or similar field preferable
- Possess a good command of written and verbal English
- Have good knowledge of the spa industry
