Responsibilities

Provide professional massage and spa treatments such as body massage, foot reflexology, facials, scrubs, and aromatherapy (based on training and certification). Greet clients and understand their preferences, comfort level, and any health conditions before treatment. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness of treatment rooms and spa environment. Ensure towels, oils, and equipment are properly prepared and sanitised for each client. Promote spa services, treatment packages, and products professionally (no hard selling). Keep treatment records and assist in appointment scheduling or reception duties when required. Deliver an excellent customer experience that encourages repeat visits.

Requirements

Preferably with

WSQ certification

in Spa / Massage Therapy or equivalent. At least 1 year of working experience in spa, massage, or wellness industry (training provided for fresh entrants). Good interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude, professional grooming, and good hygiene practices. * Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
