The Spa Therapist provides professional spa and wellness treatments to clients in accordance with company service standards. The role ensures excellent customer experience, proper hygiene, and compliance with Singapore's health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of spa services such as

body scrubs, wraps, facials, hydrotherapy, and relaxation massages

in line with training and spa protocols. Prepare treatment rooms by maintaining cleanliness, organizing equipment, and ensuring adequate product stock. Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend suitable spa or beauty treatments. Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with

SFA / NEA

and company policies. Manage client appointments, maintain accurate service records, and assist with product retail or promotions. Stay updated on the latest spa, aromatherapy, and skincare techniques through ongoing training. * Handle client feedback professionally to ensure a positive and relaxing experience.
