Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring accuracy of all reports and inventory transaction
Conduct and reconcile monthly stock take
In charge of logistics matters to ensure the orders are shipped to customers timely
Analyse operations trend and make continuous improvements
Liaison with customers on operational issues
Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, social media channels and phone calls.
Resolve problems pertaining to customer orders in a professional manner

Requirements
Diploma in any discipline
Effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin
Good organisational and administrative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
Collaborative team player and resourceful
At least 2 years of working experience in related fieldAny other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
