Responsibilities:

Take care of our Grain spaces to ensure a productive and welcoming environment Be an administrative superhero and keep Grain's processes running smoothly and efficiently Organise and file documents and records and processes Assist with administrative tasks (e.g., answering government surveys, performing actions on government portals) Purchase and maintain pantry and office supplies at par level Assist in preparing for meetings (e.g., research topics, prepare documents) Support the leadership team in any way needed Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
