Key Responsibilities:
Editing & Proofreading: Edit and proofread Spanish texts to ensure accuracy and fluency.
Translation Optimization: Refine translated content to align with cultural and contextual requirements.
Style Consistency: Ensure all Spanish content adheres to company/client style guides and brand requirements.
Project Management: Collaborate with teams to complete editing tasks on time.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to eliminate grammatical, spelling, or formatting errors.
Cross-Cultural Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Business-level Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Editing, or related fields.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Spanish editing or translation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in editing and typesetting tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat).
Cultural Understanding: Basic knowledge of Singaporean/ASEAN cultural contexts to adapt to a multicultural work environment.
Work Attitude: Detail-oriented with strong time management and teamwork skills.
Other: Flexibility to adjust working hours based on project needs.
