Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct lesson for special needs kids (primary school)
- Plan and write children\'s IEP and term progress reports
- Establish clear objectives for all lessons to students
- Develop and implement special educational strategies and techniques
- Utilize positive reinforcement and behavioral management strategies
- Maintain accurate daily student records
- Communicate with parents for students\' progress and feedback
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Special Education or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 years of special education working experience
- Prior experience conducting both classroom lesson and 1-to-1 lesson will be an added advantage
