Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assess students with specific learning disability to determine their needs and develop teaching plans
- Create dynamic curriculum for students who have disabilities that challenge them in normal classroom environments
- Adapt lesson plans to fit the abilities and needs of students
- Assess and discuss student progress with parents, counsellors, and school administrators
Job Requirements
- Bachelor\'s or Master degree in Special Education, childhood psychology or teaching
- Experience teaching children with a wide range of learning disabilities
- Ability to provide kindness and care to your student
- Natural leadership and patience
- A passion for learning and helping children
- Passion to help children with special needs and to maximize their talents and potential
