Specialist, Central Screening Team, Leading Global Bank

This person holds the pivotal responsibility of ensuring precise and timely processing of account openings, coupled with adept handling of inquiries, with a commitment to escalate matters to senior colleagues when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management (internal):

Conduct name screenings and searches on both prospective and existing clients.

Ensure quality submissions for name screening, proactively requesting additional information when needed.

Document and escalate hits promptly, maintaining a high level of service for internal clients such as Relationship Managers and Assistant RMs.

Business Management Innovation

Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality service and actively contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Embrace new initiatives and take on ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Support the team in user acceptance testing, showcasing your adaptability and versatility.

Regulatory Responsibilities & Risk Management

Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulatory laws and compliance policies during the quality review process.

Collaborate with Compliance and other stakeholders, contributing to a culture of compliance excellence.
