Research, evaluate and drive content development based on the content strategy.
Craft compelling content to drive SIM brand engagement across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram) including images, copy, video, audio podcasts, etc.
Work closely with business units (SIM Global Education and SIM Academy) to create content that speaks directly to the target audience.
Competent to write short-form brand content.
Identify creative ways to increase audience engagement, conversion, and lead generation, establishing and maintaining rapport with social media followers and strategic partners.
Liaise with marketing, design, external vendors to ensure consistent and accurate content and timely delivery of content.
Work together with the content team to manage the content calendar.
Keep up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with at least 3 years of work experience, proven skills in Digital Marketing and Content Creation.
Working knowledge of SEO, SEM and marketing analytics required.
Good knowledge of personas and the customer journey.
Working in a digital/content agency environment is a strong plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative self-starter and resourceful individual.
Independent, dynamic and strong team-player with a positive can-do attitude.
