Track budget and forecasts, as well as progress of scorecard
Provide secretariat support to risk committees and RMG meetings
Work closely with RMG units in the preparation of updates such as internal business reviews, engagement with regulators and external parties, annual report and disclosures, business continuity planning, training etc
Support matters relating to BCBS 239 and/or Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP)
Undertake ad-hoc initiatives and assignments in support of CRO or COO
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in financial institutions with exposures to middle office and risk functions
University degree or equivalent, with major study in Finance, Economics or Business Administration preferred
Self-starter with strong analytical skills
Strong presentation and inter-personal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
Passionate and resourceful with a mindset of learning and adapting
Good knowledge of banking activities and operations
Basic understanding of various processes within risk management
Strong analytical mind and ability to identify issues and achieve timely resolution
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
