You will be part of the team under the Learning and Professional Development Division to design and develop new curriculum, and enhance existing programmes at IAL. These include IAL flagship programmes and IAL-owned continuing professional development (CPD) courses.
You will explore and introduce innovative designs and pedagogies in the development to produce quality curriculum and instructional designs for learning efficacy.
Collaboratively with team members, you will develop a mechanism to recollect delivery experience with data collection approaches and reflective methodology, aimed to identify and crystallise IAL pedagogies based on institutional design and reflective evaluation
This role also requires you coach members of the team to raise staff competency in curriculum design and development, instructional designs and methodology.
Job Requirements
A tertiary qualification preferably in learning/training and development
Possess ACTA/ACLP/DACE or strong pedagogical knowledge/practice in Adult Education
At least 10 years of experience in training and development, preferably in Adult Education
Strong facilitation knowledge and skills, with relevant credentials and certification
Experience in blended learning design, including conducting needs assessment, crafting of learning outcomes, and blending of facilitated learning, technology-enabled and workplace learning pedagogies
Possess good communication, networking and interpersonal skills
The successful appointee will be based in IAL Campus located at Lifelong Learning Institute next to Paya Lebar MRT station
