Handle general enquiries regarding shipments, vessel ETA and charges
Handle customer complaints and cargo claims
Interface with customer on shipment booking with respective products
Preparation of related shipping documents
Work with respective products in relation to booking arrangement
Attend to customer queries and complaint
Sending Pre alert to respective party
Raising cost sheet for all shipment handled and closed promptly and accurately to the billing team
To have day to day billings to customers on timely manner
To check and clear down Station Metric Unbilled and SICK files on timely basis
