Job Description










Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization


This position is located in adidas Singapore office to support HR & employees locally and will serve as the primary contact for the services below:

  • Relocation support for expats and foreign employees.
  • Entry approval and termination check-out support for foreign employees.
  • Vendor coordination and management.
  • Finance support for expats travel and CBE related expense billing and payment.
  • Documents preparation, printing, scanning and filing.
  • Authorized Signature follow up.
  • Ad-hoc query response from employee.
  • Liaison with tax, bank, government authority, agency and any other external related parties for payroll & benefits support, expats tax and remittance support, and so on.
  • Co-work with GBS H2R Dalian team to ensure end-to-end execution of the HR process.
  • Other ad-hoc request per business needs.



Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all administrative tasks of the defined services independently and achieve the SLA requirements.
  • Handle the daily operation on a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure the process is implemented by following the standards completely.
  • Ensure operation compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Liaise among local HR, CBE team, GBS H2R Dalian team, Finance team, service venders and employee to ensure smooth communication & prompt resolution of all requests.
  • Escalate the process risks and updates to line manager on a timely manner.
  • Ensure the process related documents are updated and submitted for review properly.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications.
  • Experience with business computing solutions, ideally also with SAP-HR.
  • Subject matter expert in HR administration related processes.
  • Good knowledge and experience in people mobility and cross-border-employment related process and logistics.
  • Good service mindset, people focus and self-motivated.
  • Strong mindset in process improvement and continuous efficiency.
  • Good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized.



REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar function for a multi-national company.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
