Summary

Airbus Fleet Line Operations and EOPS




Key Accountabilities:


1. Management & oversight of fleet end-to-end fleet operations; from manuals to flight performance


data (PEP, Flysmart etc)


2. Ensure flight performance data are accurately updated in relevant flight ops systems for safe


operations


3. Take lead in EOPS initiatives and maintenanc




Annual Flight Ops, Overflight and Fuel Budget:




Key Accountabilities:


1. Tabulate and provide fuel budget for each sector.


2. Review overflight budget


3. Tabulate and provide fleet's expenditure for upcoming FY.


4. Allocate budget for upcoming initiatives and FY.




CAAS AOC and FAOC Regulatory Applications




Key Accountabilities:


1. Oversight of AOC and FAOC renewals & expiry dates


2. Apply for variation to CAAS AOC (New stations, change in management, ops specs etc)


3. Prepare and submit for CAAS AOC renewal application.


4. Apply for variation to all FAOCs (New A/C types, New stations, change in management, ops specs


etc)


5. Prepare and submit for FAOC renewal applications. Ensure completeness of all applications.


6. Distribution of AOC and FAOCs.




Contract Management (Flight Ops)




Key Accountabilities:


1. Take lead in understanding the business requirement and support with business proposals


2. Review cost analysis benefits


3. Contract negotiation with vendors


4. Contract vetting & review




Flight Operations Project Management




Key Accountabilities:


1. Leads and coordinates with vendors on project and implementation timeline.


2. Manage and drive flight ops initiatives for ongoing and upcoming projects (if any).


3. Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders


4. Optimize and improve process and the overall approach where necessary.


5.Seek regulatory approval as necessary.


6. Provide ongoing system support/maintenance after implementation.







Flight Ops Data Analytics (Flight Ops Payload, Fuel and Blocktime Study)




Key Accountabilities:


1. Lead Fuel Management Study to analyse the impact of fuel utilization efficiency to achieve long term


sustainability goals as per industry standards


2. Payload analysis study to asses impact of network viability


3. Perform block time analysis for commercial and HR to support business discussion & decisions




Pre-Ops and Ops Specs Applications




Key Accountabilities:


1. Gather flight operations related information for new stations.


2. Coordinate with Ground and Engineering pertaining to new station start-up timeline


3. Complete CAAS pre-ops application form and package for submission.


4. Gather OEM/ technical documentations with regards to ops specs.


5. Complete the respective CAAS Ops Specs application forms and package for submission.


6. Provide support to Mgmt Pilots at meeting with CAAS.




Regulatory Audits




Key Accountabilities:


1. Conduct audits on Flight Ops Vendors to ensure compliance of Scoot's QMS.


2. Conduct audits internally to ensure compliance of Scoot's QMS.


3. Planning of annual Audit Schedule




Maintenance of Navigation Database




Key Accountabilities:


1. Verify and check the NavDB during AIRAC cycles


2. Download and send NavDB for loading.
