Summary The Employee Experience team has a hand in every pie at Scoot, crafting a workplace experience that authentically reflects the mission, vision, and values of the company; creating memorable, meaningful, and purposeful connections; building a team of service-minded stewards that work on behalf of the workforce; delivering tools and technology to enable seamless workflow, and instilling enthusiasm if not excitement for the work at hand.

This role will bridge the candidate-employee gap, furthering the team\xe2\x80\x99s objective of delivering a best-in-class employee experience.

The EX Specialist will be expected to coordinate all office administrative matters, as well as other administrative tasks that help contribute to a holistic employee experience.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing, leading, and implementing strategies, processes and programs to enhance HR operations
  • Continuously identify opportunities for innovation in HR operations involving the use of technology or process re-design
  • Identify new trends in employee experience for improved user experience, employee journey and creating value opportunities
  • Review and adopting new releases by existing products (eg. Workday, Workplace by Meta, ServiceNow, Workato, Autobots, etc, that continuous delivers enhanced employee experience
  • Continuously measuring Objective Key Results to achieve the best outcome of HR operational efficiency metrics
  • Lead discussions to build and integrate technology solutions into the employee experience journey and follow through the developments from architecting requirements to implementation
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify issues or pain points and address areas of improvement
  • Stimulate an environment where sharing best practices to drive continuous improvements is the norm
  • Ensure any process changes comply with all regulatory and legal requirements and organization policies
  • Advocate Process Improvement & Automation change, and drive process improvements/automation across systems
  • Work closely with IT, Finance Payroll, Business Partners, and other specialist areas within the HR team on various HR support matters, proposing and influencing solutions to reengineer processes
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to lead process-improvement conversations
  • Participate or lead in project work on the enhancement of the employee experience and processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including process improvements, automation, and data & insights
Skills/Experience/Competencies Required:
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Possess a positive attitude; resourceful and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as in a team
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience is preferred
  • Experiences in HR Projects, Process Improvements, Business Process Re-engineering
