Job Description




STOCK CONTROL - SINGAPORE

  • Planning and coordination of stock count schedule for all locations.
  • Attend physical stock count audit.
  • Provide technical assistance to store operations in terms of stock count equipment.
  • Compile stock count result and work with store operations on post count reconciliation.
  • Conduct system research on stock count variances and identify variance SKUs for recount at locations.
  • Investigate/Adjust/Finalize stock count variances for write-off approval.
  • Discuss with store operations on Action Plan for stock loss preventive measures.
  • Coordinate investigation for daily delivery discrepancy reported by stores.
  • Initiate investigation for inventory discrepancy reported by Operations/Merchants.
  • Manage/Review MCS\'s Lost and Found, Damage Bucket.
  • Monthly review and submission of Shrinkage and Damage provision.
  • Quarterly review of stores\' defective items and refunded merchandise from other divisions.
  • Monthly review of Warehouse inventory adjustment.
  • Review/Update Standard Operating Procedures for Inventory Control.
  • Monthly review of negative SKUs.
  • Assist store operations in staff sales activities in areas of stock movement.
  • Compile/Investigate/Finalize stock variances for all staff sales activities.
  • Oversee Shopping Bags forecasting, ordering and related processes.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Ensure system integrity.
  • Ensure corporate requirements with regards to stock counts are met.
  • Ensure timely resolution for inventory discrepancy and variance reconciliations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, deadline oriented.
  • Must have excellent numerical skills
