Your opportunity





The Global Transfer Agency Change Team is responsible for the analysis, coordination and delivery of change items which are ultimately reflected in the various transfer agency operating models. The team supports the business owners and senior sponsors in the relevant locations of EMEA, US and Australia You will execute the successful implementation of change, including client and regulatory initiatives to support our business growth, meet our customers' needs and remain complaint with current application regulation. The change pipeline requires the execution of projects/change items which are regulatory, technical, CX enhancing or strategic in nature - to the highest quality and standards. It also includes the delivery of Product changes (Fund launches, mergers or closures) as directed by the relevant Product Team pipeline. The role requires the overseeing and coordination of the changes control process with UK, Ireland & Lux, US and Australian Transfer Agents as well as any internal coordination required with our own IT Technical Teams. You are required to monitor change spend against relevant budgets. You are authorized to approve monetary spend to a certain limit and above that you will seek the formal approval of the relevant business sponsor. You will also be expected to make reasonable challenge to external costs as appropriate. You will facilitate internal MI/reporting on all active and pipeline change. You will represent the Global TA Change Team as part of working groups as subject matter expert sharing knowledge and expertise. To work alongside the Business Analyst and assist with other global projects when required. Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills





Previous experience in a project or BA role. Fundamental understanding of change management protocols (Agile is a bonus) Previous experience in a Transfer Agency environment of a Fund Management company overseeing fund processes. Intermediate to advanced word & excel skills. Good knowledge of investment products & markets.


Nice to have skills





Good written and verbal communication skills and able to demonstrate ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external parties. Good relationship building skills. Strong Customer focus. Highly organised, confident, decisive and enthusiastic self-starter Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Ability to work as part of an effective team as well as independently. Attention to detail. Effective problem solver and solution orientated. Flexible, adaptable and ability to respond effectively to changing business needs.
