We are currently hiring for a Specialist/Manager, Ad Revenue - Marketplace (APAC) to join our Regional Marketplace team. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive retail ad sales, supplier ad sales, and other non traditional forms of revenue across 11 markets. Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage all existing non commission related revenue streams and related KPIs, including onboarding fees, listing fees, ad revenue (retail), ad revenue (supplier) and more.
  • Strategize and explore commercial projects and product developments to make ad revenue a scalable, consistent revenue stream for the Marketplace vertical
  • Work closely with AM leadership in each market to set up proper workflows and drive performance
  • Represent foodpanda as an ambassador, develop a trusted advisor relationship with regional & local key accounts that invest ad spends into foodpanda
  • Coordinate with relevant regional and global stakeholders to manage growth expectations and P&L impact created by non commission revenue
  • Support Senior Commercial Manager in managing AM productivity for each market, and play a role in long-term planning, including setting Objectives and Key Results for the markets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\' Degree in a related subject.
  • Min. 2 - 3 years of Retail/FMCG industry experience
  • Knowledge of Tableau, G-suits & SQL is a big plus
  • Superb business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Can work under pressure; Assertive, hands-on, dynamic and with a strong drive;
  • Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, pivot table, charts)
  • Strong analytical skills
