  • In conjunction with the BU Directors, develop marketing strategies and plans in support of business growth objectives and market share expansion.
  • In conjunction with APAC Inbound Marketing Manager and local business stakeholders, develop and implement a marketing communications program for the SEA businesses.
  • Work with key stakeholders on product marketing initiatives, including developing and implementing product launch strategies for new product releases.
  • Work with the BU Directors and APAC Strategic Marketing team to gather market intelligence and conduct research activities in support of developing strategic business, channel, and marketing plans. This may include competitor analysis, researching industry trends, market size & share, value chain and market segmentation analysis.
  • Work with BU Directors to develop Account Based marketing strategies and plans including Distributor loyalty programs, promotions, sales incentive schemes and joint marketing programs.
  • Responsible for managing advertising and public relations program, and working with third parties where necessary to develop message content, artwork, media mix, and schedule in line with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement a Digital Marketing plan for the SEA businesses in accordance with global guidelines and in coordination with APAC Inbound Marketing Manager.
  • Responsible for the development of marketing collateral such as literature, catalogues, Point of Sale, and promotional merchandise, including new product release and product bulletins.
  • Responsible for ensuring the coordination and preparation of marketing and customer events, including trade shows, seminars, road shows, and training.
  • Support each BU to establish the annual marketing budget and manage accordingly.
  • Responsible for reviewing and developing sales tools and resources for salespeople and Distributors.
  • Work with APAC Content Marketing Specialist to develop content such as case studies, white papers, media releases, webinar content, etc.
  • Responsible for reviewing and developing resources such as company overview, product presentations, etc, targeting customers, Distributors and the public.
  • Work with BU Directors and paralegal to draw up, track and manage Distributor agreements including new Distributors, termination, renewal, etc.
  • Develop and distribute email marketing communications to customers as required.
  • Drive the content creation and release program within APAC region.
  • Manage digital marketing promotion activities (digital products, platforms, software etc).
  • CRM Leads management and reports generation.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
  • A Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing Communication.
  • Results orientated, driven, self-starter.
  • Analytical, strong problem solving skills.
  • Innovative, creative, bring new ideas to the table.
  • Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Work as a member of executive-level teams and committees.
  • Strong public and group speaking and presentation skills.
  • Good business acumen and strong marketing analysis skills.
  • Excellent experiences in content management.
  • Good digital marketing operation experiences (LinkedIn, Twitter etc).
  • Leadership (setting pace, decisiveness, change management, team development, ability to influence, organizational awareness).
  • Good negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Able to work within tight deadlines and handle high level of stress.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Possess high standard and quality of work with eye for details.
  • Minimum of 5 years MNC marketing management experience. The experience in B2B and in SEA market is preferable.
  • Fluent written and oral English communication capability is a must.
  • Ability to travel about 20%.
