Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.:You shall team up with cross functional stake holders to understand the product development needs.Identify, initiate, recommend, and oversee programs to design connector and cable assemblies like OSFP-XD, CDFP etc.Understanding of interconnect standards like IEEE 802.3/ PCIe / InfiniBand will be an advantageKnow of product qualifications following EIA / TIA , MIL, IPC standard will be an advantageLead teams to drive NPI projects, to launch newEstablishes network of resources with multiple disciplines, with division & global manufacturing team..Builds a working knowledge of key corporate initiatives and applies appropriate tools.Provides appropriate and timely documentation of work as required by the business unit.Intellectual Property: Create new intellectual property for new design work to consolidate 3M values for customer.Demonstrate Can-do attitude.QualificationBachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degreeAt least 5 or more years of working experience in product design.Preference to candidates with working knowledge of interconnect mould, tool, die-cast tooling etc.Good written and oral communication skillsAble to communicate & work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams
