Job Description

Business Function

Review and analyze branch banking and self-service banking (SSB: ATM/VTM) metrics

Understand and draw deep insights based on the metrics

Supplement and strengthen insights with surveys and feedbacks

Formulate effective business strategies to drive outcome

Identify and share insights and areas of focus with management

Work closely with channel and product teams for implementation

Track outcome post implementation

Drive prioritization efforts in the enhancement of Network Control Tower

Streamline analytics process to reduce manual efforts for similar assessments

Requirements

A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably focusing on data analytics

Strong demonstrable analytical ability is a must

Comfortable working with and manipulating large amounts of data

Good stakeholder management and team player

Knowledge in consumer banking preferred

Intermediate to expert level user of Microsoft Excel preferred
