Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and proactive professional to join our team as system and solutions specialist. Specializing in system user interface (UI) development and ChatGPT persona creation. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering innovative solutions by designing intuitive UI components and developing advanced AI-driven conversational personas. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

:

Design, develop, and maintain user interface elements

for system applications, ensuring high usability and visual appeal.

Lead the creation, refinement, and optimization of ChatGPT personas

to improve the quality, relevance, and engagement of user interactions.

Integrate UI components with backend services and AI models

, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and implement improvements

to both UI and conversational personas.

Document development processes, best practices, and technical guidelines

to support team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

, including product managers, designers, and AI specialists, to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

:


Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Proven experience in UI/UX design and development, with proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python). Solid understanding of AI conversational technologies and experience with persona development is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project needs. Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
