Functional:

Planning (40%):

• Global Key Account Campaign Planning* for WHS Channel based on Brand Calendar
• Adaptation of additional creative tools (ISCs: Print & Digital Assets) for VM instore purposes / store openings / special projects.
• Collaborate with VM DTC Planning and develop monthly RM/VM directives for store clusters (yet to be defined) across ORT.
• Support inline / non campaign collections / story in planning and instore play base on door level.
• Liaise with vendor on overviews on monthly VM Directive.
• Creates & compiles execution report monthly to assess if store executions are per VM Directives.
• Prepare VM training materials and conduct VM training to VM Champs i.e. New VM Champ onboarding for ORT Channel
• Identify Store VM execution weakness and prepare enhanced VM Training Deck based on store level requirements and audit
• Liaise with DTC Channel Instore VM / VM Champs on long term ISC / VM Tools Requisition
• Liaise and ensure with Vendors on delivery on long term ISC / VM tools and monthly Directives.

• Conduct weekly VM Audit using VM Base checklist and share report to VM DTC & Manager to assess instore VM Standard.
• Collaborate with VM DTC Planning to conduct VM Training / Refresher with ORT & FRS Instore VMs, VM Champ esp. when there is a concept / category VM execution update i.e. New FTW Segmentation
• Provide Door Level* (for ORT at the moment) instore guidance during weekly / fortnight store visits
• Work with VM DTC, Instore VMs and VM Champs in supporting store VM Tools Maintenance i.e., damage mannequin request, faulty digital screen etc.
• Support VM Special Projects* (case to case basis).
