Localise the regional People Excellence Strategy for Porsche in Singapore, and design, develop and implement the annual non-technical training plan based on recurring training needs analyses of the Singapore retail staff

- Conduct local & regional relevant product trainings - supplemented by brand-, sales process- and skills trainings

Manage the delivery of non-technical vocational qualification and certification, retail coaching and soft skills trainings Support in managing the agency accounts, budgets and deliverables for all retail-related People Excellence projects and processes Identify and implement solutions supporting continuous competency development

University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or relevant other degree Minimum 5 years of working experience, 2 of which should be in training, learning and development or related business area Previous experience with premium automotive, preferably on retail level, and willingness to travel and work in a multicultural setting Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication and presentation skills Certification under WSQ's Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP or ACTA) is a plus
