Job Description
:
We are looking for talent whom has strong network with A&D community, with strong track record of project and specification closing
Key Responsibilities:
- Specify our products successfully with interior designers, architects, main contractors and developers, presenting compelling proposals to secure product inclusion in their projects.
- Drive sales performance by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through fostering new client relationships and increasing market share.
- Manage the entire project sales cycle, from securing product specifications to closing actual sales.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of specification activities, client engagements, and project progress for effective reporting.
- Collect and analyze market insights to support strategic business decisions
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural specification sales within the building materials or architectural products industry.
- Extensive understanding of product specifications, and project lifecycles.
- Highly motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in coordinating efforts across various internal departments.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools effective
Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm '
