Primary Responsibilities

• Independently assess and treat patients in speech therapy.
• Communicate with doctors and the medical team.
• Accurately document patient records and charge patients.
• Regularly update performance records.
• Follow clinical and service standards.
• Supervise team assistants.
• Seek support for clinical issues when needed.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Work with healthcare teams and join case conferences.
• Participate in clinical research.
• Check inventory and equipment regularly.
• Help update clinical protocols and SOPs.
• Manage assigned projects.
• Lead and participate in quality control activities.
• Promote clinical services.
• Help train new speech therapy students and therapists.
• Contribute to training programs and educational talks.
• Continuously improve speech therapy knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Speech therapy that is recognized in Singapore.
• Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council.
