- Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions tailored to each student\'s level of functioning.
- Evaluate and document students\' speech and language therapy needs and progress at regular intervals.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of training programs.
- Offer consultation, support, and updates on students\' progress to the rehabilitation team and caregivers.
- Engage in discussions with caregivers regarding student-related issues.
- Assess the effectiveness and relevance of therapy programs.
- Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy programs based on each student\'s unique needs.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a preschool setting is advantageous.
- Diploma/Degree in Speech-Language Therapy or equivalent.
- Registered with Singapore\'s Allied Health Professions Council.
- Strong interest in working with children with special needs.
