About the Role

They are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Client Relationship Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in the nightlife, bar, or restaurant industry who are looking to transition to a client-side sales position.

The Client Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in expanding their client base by establishing and nurturing relationships with bars, restaurants, and other relevant establishments. The primary focus of this role will be to network, socialize, and organize events to promote their products/services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen and have the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with key decision-makers in the industry.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Drive reoccurring revenue through new leads and growth of current accounts

Manage existing clients of bars, restaurants and retail outlets

Spread the word of fine craft spirits with a great understanding of our client\'s portfolio

Assist and host brand activations around the city including masterclasses, parties, festivals and various cocktail-focused events

Support marketing and promotional campaigns through social media, standard marketing channels and various projects

Provide outstanding customer and administrative support to venues across Singapore

Project a positive company image, representing our client

Maintain a positive & collaborative working environment helping clients and coworkers whenever possible

The Ideal Candidate

3 - 5 years related work experience (F&B or Hospitality experience a plus)

PC/MAC-literate: (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)

Possess a positive energy, a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, and thrive in a growing atmosphere

Excellent presentation, communication (written and oral), and problem-solving skills

Ability to take initiative and think outside the box to be successful

Able to maintain high energy levels and professionalism with all types of clients

Our client will ensure you are fully trained in the spirits we sell and the activations we conduct for our clients. You will report to a direct Manager who will guide and coach you in your role to assist in your success.
