Job Description
s:
- Conducting in-depth research to identify potential event partners interested in sponsorship opportunities in APAC and globally.
- Developing and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring their investment aligns with their business objectives.
- Working closely with a project team to deliver events on budget and within deadlines.
- Providing valuable input and insights to enhance the overall success of the events.
- Executing conferences on-site with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional standards of customer service.
- Ensuring sponsors receive maximum visibility and value during the events.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of B2B exhibition/conference experience, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
- Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial acumen and a keen sense of deadlines.
- Quick learner, accountable, and self-motivated individual.
- Ability to absorb complex information quickly and translate it into tangible results.
