Job Description
Swimwerks Academy Pte Ltd provides lifeguarding services to schools, hotels, and country clubs in Singapore. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Sports Event Planner to support our daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery to our clients.

Communicate clearly with clients and lifeguards
Plan & manage lifeguard roster
Respond to clients and lifeguard requests
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and operational tasks
Any other administrative duties assigned by the company
Our preferred candidates:
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills with a good command of English Language Operationally Flexible and Responsible Experience in Operations and Operations Management Analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks * Able to work on weekends and public holidays
