Do you have the energy of a cheer squad and the strategy of a coach? Our Gymnastics Club is looking for a Sports Manager to help us grow bigger, stronger, and more connected with our community.





This isn't your average desk job -- it's about building relationships, sparking excitement, and creating opportunities for kids (and their families) to fall in love with gymnastics.





What You'll Be Doing





Grow the Club: Boost memberships, programs, and retention with creative sales strategies.





Make Connections: Partner with schools both local and international, & community groups to get our name bouncing around town.





Bring the Fun: Plan events, open houses, and promos that showcase our awesome programs.





Keep Families Happy: Build strong, lasting relationships with parents and members.





Track the Wins: Monitor numbers, set goals, and celebrate milestones.





Think Fresh: Bring new ideas and trends to keep our club ahead of the game.





We're Looking For Someone Who Is...





A people-person who thrives on building connections.





Experienced in sales, business development (bonus points if it's in sports or kids' activities!).





Both creative and organized - you can dream big and deliver.





Confident with goals, targets, and the occasional spreadsheet.





Passionate about youth, fitness, or gymnastics (love for cartwheels optional).
