Sports & Outdoors Brand Manager (Sales & Programme Development Role)

Sports & Outdoor Brand Manager

who will:

Drive sales and project management

across all Vivarch brands, and

(2)

Lead the development, expansion, and strategic growth

of our sports and outdoor education division,

What You'll DoDrive Sales & Manage Projects (Across All Brands)

Prospect, pitch, and maintain strong relationships with schools, corporates, and community partners. Oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of all sports and outdoor programmes. Ensure smooth execution, client satisfaction, and project profitability. Represent Vivarch's full range of enrichment brands (Sports, Life Skills, Arts, STEM, Wellness, Sustainability, etc.).

Lead & Grow the Sports First Brand

Develop and expand sports and outdoor programmes across areas such as:

Fundamental movement skills Team sports and fitness training Outdoor education, adventure learning, and orienteering Health & physical literacy Leadership through sports Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and programme strategy. Identify trends and introduce new, engaging sports and outdoor offerings aligned to school and industry direction.

Design & Enhance Sports & Outdoor Programmes

Conceptualise and refine sports clinics, outdoor learning journeys, adventure programmes, and physical literacy workshops. Ensure content is safe, age-appropriate, developmentally aligned, and engaging. Work closely with qualified sports coaches and outdoor trainers to ensure quality delivery.

Build Partnerships & Active Communities

Collaborate with PE departments, sports organisations, community centres, and outdoor specialists. Champion active lifestyles and positive sportsmanship across all programme segments.

What You Bring

Passion for sports, outdoor learning, and youth development Strong communication and client relationship skills Business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Organised, energetic, and collaborative Bachelor's Degree in any field (Sports Science, Outdoor Education, PE, or related fields preferred but not required)

Extra Kudos For

Experience in sports coaching, PE teaching, or outdoor facilitation Sports or adventure programme development experience Project management or events coordination experience Certifications such as Standard First Aid, MOE-IRS, NROC coaching, or outdoor leadership credentials Familiarity with physical literacy frameworks or outdoor education models
