Tasks:

- Greet and assist customers, providing excellent customer service.

- Establish customers needs and recommend suitable products.

- Perform stock receiving and replenishments according to company guidelines.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.

- Maintain a clean and organised store environment and adhere to visual merchandising standards.

- Assist on ad-hoc task as assigned by store-in-charge.

Job expectations:

- At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience preferred.

- Strong sales and customer service skills, ability to work well in a team environment.

- Proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- 5 days' work week, able to commit shift hours and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
