Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workflows to ensure folders and documents are processed correctly Develop workflows for document generation, Approvals, XML Merging, etc. Monitor application performance Standardize and clean-up previous folder hierarchies Day-to-day application administration such as access, configuration, retriggering workflows, etc. Work with Meta application manager to implement privacy and retention rules

Qualifications

Experience with Docusign CLM system administration Experience with creating and maintaining advanced Docusign CLM workflows and document generation Experience with C# snippet coding within DocuSign Workflows Knowledge and experience with Docusign CLM security models, access, and best practices for privacy/security Experience configuring integrations with 3rd party systems such as SFDC or Workday Knowledge of SFDC is a plus Mandatory Skills: Icertis CLM .

Experience: 8-10 Years .
