Ensure the integration of Pernod Ricard\xe2\x80\x99s APAC markets local S&R programs into the Headquarters\xe2\x80\x99 S&R strategy.
Promote meaningful S&R actions at market level in close collaboration with the Headquarters\xe2\x80\x99 S&R department, as well as other lead functions involved in the implementation of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s S&R platform, help develop a contextualized approach to the Group\xe2\x80\x99s S&R commitment so that it is meaningful for PR APAC business.
Identify opportunities for cross-market collaboration across APAC/Southeast Asia through flagship programs that contribute to deliver the Group\xe2\x80\x99s roadmap.
Coordinate with all relevant entities of the Group to ensure due processes on various global S&R reporting obligations on behalf of the region.
Provide relevant support to markets in their reporting and where necessary consolidate market level reporting for the region.
Facilitate information and best practice sharing within the APAC S&R Community.
Prepare quarterly reports, briefings and presentations, and maintain internal databases.
Follow budget levels allocation to key projects and deliverables and build tracking mechanisms.
Scouting of S&R partnerships that are relevant from a business development perspective.
Provide regular updates to Director and senior executive management on S&R activities.
Be the main point of contact for HQ on APAC by participating in the global communications network calls & meetings.
Craft and develop internal communications initiatives tailored to APAC to accompany the markets of the Management Entity in their business transformation, making sure all employees are on board.
Support markets with external communications initiative, message consistency with Group communications asset development, and crisis management.
