Job Description

Incumbent will typically spend 50% of time providing pre-sales technical support and 50% of time providing post-sales technical support.
Pre-Sales Technical Support
Partner with Sales to win business opportunities - Assists the Sales staff in assessing potential application of company's engineering probe systems products and engineering probes products/accessories to meet customers' needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customers' applications/testing solutions. Partner with Sales to provide technical expertise to customers through sales presentations, product demonstrations of company's engineering probe systems products and engineering probes products/accessories. May build a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client. May provide software development and consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation

Post-Sales Technical Support
Supports customers' buy-off of company's products - Ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications. Provide technical support to customers through testing solution delivery(installation), application training(use and maintenance of company's products) Provide technical support to customer in terms of customer issue support/reporting, and internal escalation summary preparation. Co-work with different functional teams to solve customer issue and provide suitable testing solution to customers.
