Together, were pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The position is part of the Pall Singapore Operations team and will be located in Benoi, Singapore.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Carry out production activities and ensure that all required specifications are met and adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulation, policies, procedures and 5S; Operate machines/equipment and ensure all materials are readily availableAssist in development, implementation, and revision of SOP, work instruction and relevant documentation in partnership with cross functional teams; Support improvement efforts and appropriate duties as assignedWork in a team environment with shift members, supervisor, and cross functional teams on day-to-day operations which includes preliminary/minor machines or equipment troubleshooting, manufacturing associate OJT and other assigned projectsThe essential requirements of the job include:Minimum high school graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant manufacturing experienceTrain and guide operators to meet daily production output, escalate line issues and quality.Comfortable to work in rotating shift in clean room environment and occasional lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 20kgIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Familiarity with Microsoft software and SAP/other ERP experience (specifically in a manufacturing environment)Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) operations and chemical processAt Danaher we bring together science, technology and operational capabilities to accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrows science and technology.
