Responsibilities:

• Partners with the business to analyze, define, and document cross-functional business requirements.
• Drives standard methodologies for requirements capturing and modeling.
• Focuses on capturing core requirements and placing them within a broader context.
• Understands the business environment, connects meaningful stakeholders, and manages partner expectations.
• Interacts with senior management stakeholders, demonstrating project value.
• Designs and documents cross-functional and global solutions, leveraging team expertise.
• Advises on solutions, champions good design practices, and reviews team documentation.
• Supports team in identifying and defining relevant documentation templates.
• Facilitates knowledge transfer to empower team members.
• Develops functional designs for applications, integrations, and conversions.
• Coordinates testing, resolves issues, and manages multiple projects.
• Designs release scope and schedule aligned with business goals and IT capacity.
• Configures applications, stablishes standards, and supports/trains junior resources.
• Leads troubleshooting efforts, identifies improvements, and collaborates on training activities.
• Analyzes adoption rates, proposes solutions for improvement, and participates in vendor activities.
• Executes vendor evaluations, negotiates pricing, and prepares management communications.

Key experiences

• Requires 6 - 10 years\' experience as a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Order to Cash processes.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Working experience and ability to design in Siebel.
• Strong functional knowledge of Order Management and Order Orchestration; experience in Quoting and Pricing is a plus.
• Ability to interface with product, pricing, and billing teams.
• Proficient in documenting user stories and data flows.
• Skilled in understanding complex business processes and data across multiple systems.
• Capable of independently driving cross-functional discussions with global business groups and IT.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills for tackling complex problem statements. Experience working in Agile Methodology.
