The Opportunity

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Contribute

Lead workshops with Clients to understand Client\xe2\x80\x99s payments and fraud management operations, clarify business requirements and subsequently define the overall implementation approach of FICO solutions for on-premises or cloud implementations.

Recommend solutions and provide expert guidance as to how FICO Fraud solutions can be implemented and configured to meet the Client\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements.

Develop and deliver presentations to Clients, communicating functional and technical information and concepts to business and IT stakeholders.

Explain the FICO Fraud solution\xe2\x80\x99s high-level design that includes the ability to handle High Availability and Failover concepts.

Advise and guide customers in integrating FICO software solutions with existing customer systems and, in selected engagements, actively participate in the integration of FICO products by designing, data mapping and testing the interfacing software.

Ability to support customer-led performance testing to implement high-throughput fraud processing systems.

Produce any required project deliverables, such as Requirement Traceability Matrix, Business Requirements Document or Functional Specification Document.

Participate in weekly status meetings, assist in the resolution of project issues in order to meet established milestones.

Maintain Client relationships, manage Client expectations, build Client trust, help to establish a future FICO product implementation roadmap with the Client.

Support FICO technical project team members by explaining business requirements and driving conversations with the Client\xe2\x80\x99s business and IT teams.

Review the prospective Client requirements and provide effort estimates for the implementation of FICO Fraud solutions and any custom modules.

Support APJ Fraud practice leader to review the scope, client responsibilities and assumptions sections of contracts for all Client deliveries.

Conceptualize and manage the development of reusable IP in the APJ region to continuously improve practice productivity and profit margins.

What We\'re Seeking

Experience working as a functional or technical consultant, manager, or business analyst in payment transactions, or fraud banking domain (both application and transaction fraud).

Experience implementing and using FICO Falcon Fraud Manager solution for banks or processors is highly desired.

Experience in solution design or management of complex, large-scale and strategy projects is highly desirable.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, able to speak effectively to both business and technical personnel at all levels of an organisation.

Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable and successful establishing professional relationships, especially remotely (eg. electronic, phone).
