Sr. Digital Campaign Manager, Asia Clusters

As such, this newly created role will be pivotal to drive impactful Omni-channel digital marketing campaigns and deliver operational excellence in lead generation, across all 3 Franchises. pan-Asia.

What will you be doing?

Establish a digital marketing framework in collaboration with Regional/Local Marketing Teams including customer journey mapping in selected countries and understanding the Omni-channel behavior of our health care professionals.

Collaborate closely with all relevant cross-function stakeholders, to build lead generation and nurturing campaigns of all Franchises in the Asia Cluster, creating quality contacts/leads and a robust customer database.

Lead, strategize, and oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns from all 3 Franchises on owned and 3rd party media for the region including email, social media web, SEO/SEM, and advertising. Develop, measure, and report on KPIs across all channels; Optimize on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns with a continuous improvement mindset.

Build digital marketing capabilities and competences across the region, including analytics.

Evaluate new technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in the role will require a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization. Successful candidates would need the following:

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, or Business (preferred)

Certification in Social Media Marketing

Minimum of 10 years of proven working experience in healthcare B2B or B2C digital marketing campaign strategy and execution

Pioneered digital marketing transformation in complex, cross-cultural, cross-functional environments, with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate opportunities and business needs that can drive value.

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

Familiarity with martech stack and Salesforce CRM Clouds

Proficient in website analytics tools, HTML, CSS

Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Proven track record of successfully leading multiple projects in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.

Experience working with or in creative agencies is a plus.

Seeking an individual with an ambitious spirit, customer-centricity, and business mentality, backed by a robust background in healthcare digital marketing, offering a strategic perspective on campaign management and lead generation.

In this pivotal position for the Asia region, the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with multiple functions, including Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Events, and Education teams in key Asia markets such as ANZ and Japan.
