What this job involves?

Are you a Manager that has extensive experience managing and leading a team of high-quality team delivering excellent engineering services for our clients?

Are you a great team player, with high standards and an embedded Health and Safety-first mindset?

Are you an entrepreneur, building and growing business in new geographies within the hub, acquiring new clients, and developing new solutions ?

You will lead a team of professionals to work safely and deliver specific targeted engineering services for our JLL and non JLL client accounts. Good relationship building skills are key and the ability of strong communication.

Keeping an eye on budget and contracts

This role does require some awareness around budget control and pricing for services delivered by the mobile engineering services team.

You will lead the team in this area with additional finance support around forecasting and P&L management. You will have experience in supporting and creating new business solutions within a mobile engineering services team to grow the business for Thailand.

KRA

Goal

Client : Ensuring client support with the aide of Technology Tools

Description

CMMS / DMMS / Efit / Smart Sense

1. Ensure all management tools are 100% updated weekly and there are no gaps
2. Ensure 100% PPM & CM closure (exception needs to be recorded)
3. Average TAT less than 3 days of call logged
4. Ensure all sites managed have 100% coverage of Smart Sense, any exception needs to have business approval from MES Lead

Client Reports / MMR

1. Timely submission of Monthly / Quaterly Business Reports to client
2. 100% compliance to conducting MMR / QBR / HBR with all client as per calender

Internal Reporting / RCA / Ops Delivery documentation

1. Timely submission of internal reports
2. Timely submission of RCA and followed up with structred meetings as per process defined

Goal

Growth : Ensure Sustainable business growth across the geographic region (West Asia)

Description

P&L Management

1. 100% Quaterly P&L target meeting (+/- 5% variance every month but 100% to plan by quarter end)

AR & AP

1. 100% Compliance to collection and vendor payout plan (target 96% +)

Business Growth

1. Demonstrate YoY growth in CI equivalent to not less than 15% over 2021 actuals (2.1 M US$)
2. Align accounts and ensure business growth in Singapore & India.

3. Hire lead and align accounts to ensure business readiness in Philippines & Thailand

Goal

People : To ensure Safe, engaged and Diverse Workplace for team

Description

Zero Incidents

1. Ensure Zero incident at workplace.
2. Ensure Zero escalations on non compliance to HSE

Training

1. Mandate to complete 100% self training as per calender
2. Mandate to ensure 100% team\'s training as per calender

1. Ensure less than 5% voluntary attrition in the team (JLL & CEIL)

Employee Engagement Score

1. Ensure 100% team members participate in periodic Engagement Survey
2. Actively work with team for high engagement score and ensure satisfaction level is 95% +
