Introduction:

We are seeking a technically skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team in enhancing Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) processes through advanced automation and predictive modeling. This role involves developing AI/ML solutions, automating data workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in semiconductor manufacturing.

Your Job

Develop and deploy AI/ML models to predict and mitigate OPC weak points. Automate data collection, analysis, and reporting using Python, MySQL, Tcl, Perl, and Power BI. Maintain and enhance internal websites using JavaScript, PHP, and HTML. Manage and optimize MySQL databases to support OPC data pipelines and tool integration. Collaborate with OPC engineers and GFIT teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. Balance and prioritize multiple high-impact projects effectively. Ensure robustness, scalability, and compliance of all deployed solutions. Coach and mentor student interns or junior team members as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python, MySQL, Tcl, Perl, and csh scripting. Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as XGBoost, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Proficiency in MySQL and database design for high-volume data environments. Hands-on experience with automation and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly OPC. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Effective communication skills for engineering-level collaboration.
