About the role - you will:

Monitor and analyze production equipment performance to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency. Respond to unscheduled equipment downtime, performing timely troubleshooting and repairs. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules. Execute product conversion, equipment setup, and upgrade activities to support production needs. Service and refurbish preventive maintenance components and spare parts offline. Perform root cause analysis for yield or quality issues and implement corrective actions, including reporting and documentation. Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment OEE, safety enhancement, and cost reduction.

Self-motivated and positive working attitude. Team player with good problem-solving skill and analytical skills. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment. Willing to work on 12 hours night shift pattern.

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations.
