We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Senior Executive to join our team. This role requires a self-sufficient professional who can handle HR processes independently and provide quality service to our stakeholders. You will serve as the point of contact for professional registration and immigration matters, providing guidance and support throughout the application process.
Job Responsibilities:
Process and manage
Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
and
Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
registration applications for healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with professional regulatory requirements
Handle
Work Pass
and
Work Permit
applications, renewals, and related documentation for foreign employees
Maintain comprehensive records and tracking systems for all applications, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any issues
Provide pre-onboarding support to facilitate smooth commencement for new hires which includes but not limited to consolidation of all required documents for E-Pfile and creation of new hire accounts
Able to commit working till end of contract. Please indicate travel plans (if any)
Requirements:
Competency
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal coaching or supervision, taking full ownership of assigned processes and outcomes
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with healthcare professionals at all levels, regulatory bodies, and external agencies
Educational and Professional Requirements
Diploma / Degree holder
Proficiency in HR systems (SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office applications, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience in HR shared services, specifically with Singapore Nursing Board and Singapore Medical Council registration processes, as well as Employment Pass and Work Permit processing
