Job Description


Disciplinary Case Management * Support the management of disciplinary cases, including support for BOI, SRE/SE and whistleblowing, by conducting investigations, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.

  • Provide timely updates and maintain dashboard of IMH's disciplinary cases.
Industrial Relations * Assist in labour relations matters, including grievance handling.
  • Coordinate union related activities and events.
Internship Management * Manage the internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of interns to ensure a positive experience and effective learning opportunities.
  • Facilitate communications between mentor and interns and oversee interns' progress to ensure key deliverables are met.
  • Maintain intern's database and project dashboard.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management with 3-6 years of working experience in human resource functions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous and independent
