Position: Sr Executive
Department: Nursing Administration

The Administrative Executive for the Nursing Research Unit and Innovation plays a vital role in in developing nursing research capabilities and facilitating innovation initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to support research and innovation projects whilst ensuring seamless operational excellence across our units.
As our Administrative Executive, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our research and innovation operations. Your responsibilities will include managing complex administrative processes, coordinating committee activities and strategic projects, and supporting initiatives designed to strengthen nursing research capabilities and boost organisational productivity.
Essential Skills and Experience:

Degree qualification from a recognised university
Minimum 2 years of professional working experience
Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with proven negotiation capabilities
Meticulous attention to detail with excellent record-keeping skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare research or innovation coordination
Background in finance and purchasing functions
Familiarity with statistical software packages
