Reporting to Assistant Director, the candidate will take on digital patient experience portfolio, looking into the maximization of digital tools to deliver a positive digital patient experience.
The incumbent will be tasked to: -
Map out the digital tools currently available for patients/visitors (end user) in inpatient and outpatient setting.
Design a study on end under sentiments, needs and challenges in the use of digital tools as part of their hospital experience.
Do a horizon scan and ideation exercise to propose digital tools that would benefit patients based on the surveys/ observations.
Apply user experience design considerations to propose how the digital tools can be incorporated along the patient journey.
Consider other enablers that would help support the utilization and adoption of digital tools and propose resourcing channels.
Propose KPIs and produce a cost benefit analysis of the use of digital tools in enabling patient experience.
Requirements
User Experience Design / Design Thinking experience would be beneficial
Work independently and in teams, with strong organisational and time management skills.
