• Lead production planning department, and setup a line control department for WIP line steering, balancing to achieve cycle time and OTD best in class benchmark targets.
• Collaborate with functional teams to resolve demand, capacity constraints, and material availability issues, and support Planners in maintaining accurate planning parameters and material master data.
• To lead and successfully implement FPS scheduling and dispatching system to maximize factory efficiency. To highly collaborate with Global IE, Production, and Global Automation
• Collaborate with SCM, Global IE, and Global Automation to digitalize wafer starts and delivery planning methods and activities from static planning to intelligent fab simulation.
• Partner with Analytics team to drive analytics synergy and digitize reports for faster decision making and single source of truth.
• Build a highly talented team, implement Lean Six Sigma techniques, and drive continuous improvement to excel in all Key Performance Initiatives (KPIs).

Wafer Cost and PM

• Translate strategic objectives from business financial transformation initiatives into actionable plans and ensure flawless execution of those plans.
• Setup a wafer cost optimization and project management department to systematically drive cost down through continuous improvements to meet best in class. Implement a culture of continuous operational improvement within the Fab Operations team.
• To drive wafer cost reduction to 50% reduction. Setup method to breakdown wafer cost that enables executable actions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Process Integration and R&D to drive process and route simplification.
• Implement systematic project management concepts to ensure successful project within scope, timeline, and budget.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and influence cross functional departments, and build talent pool
• At least 15 years experience in semiconductor wafer manufacturing industry with responsibilities in production planning, line control, operations management, productivity
• Proven success in FPS scheduling and dispatching implementation in high volume FE manufacturing
• Strong ability to breakdown complex problems and generate improvement action items
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to manage cross functional departments and develop talent pool
