  • Full engagement with business team to drive the set target.
  • Support business team to provide accurate end to end forecast.
  • Expense management and control to make sure the e/r ratio could meet the target.
  • Review and comment on IRR model of projects from financing perspective to ensure an accurate and fair measurement of project return.
  • Facilitate company asset sale and ensure the smooth transfer of title by sharing of structure and obligations of relevant financing, proposing fund flows, collecting consents from underlying lenders and working for timely release of securities.
  • Support for the digital transformation and data visibility of leasing company
  • Working with local treasury and tax team to make sure the fund readiness and compliance.
  • Provide sound business decision, support and recommendations that help the business to succeed.
  • Provide professional advice on the revenue recognition.
